Charles Okah was on Wednesday convicted for involvement in two different bombings in Warri, Delta State and Abuja, and was handed life imprisonment by a Federal High Court in Abuja.
While the bombing in Warri took place on March 15, 2010, that of Abuja was carried out on October 1 also in 2010.
Charles is the younger brother of Henry Okah, leader of the Movement for the Emancipation of Niger Delta (MEND) who is also serving a jail term in South Africa.
Also jailed was Obi Nwabueze.
The duo of Charles and Nwabueze were found guilty of carrying out the crime alongside Henry Okah.

It would be recalled that Edmund Ebiware, who joined in carrying out the Abuja bomb blast had earlier been handed life imprisonment in 2017.
He was arraigned alongside Charles and Nwabueze in 2010 over the blasts.
In his judgement, the judge, Gabriel Kolawole, said the case against Charles and Nwabueze was proved beyond any doubt.
He said Nwabueze ran an illegal errand for Henry who provided N1.2m used to purchase five fairly used cars for the Warri blast while Charles provided N2m used for the purchase of the four cars used for the Abuja operation.
