The zonal headquarters of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, (RCCG) in Ajegunle area of Lagos State has been sealed.
Also, an hotel located in Ikeja and six other buildings have been sealed.
The sealing of the buildings was carried out by officials of the Lagos State Building Control Agency, LASBCA, in an operation led by its General Manager, Engr. Olalekan Shodeinde.
No fewer than 11 people working on the church building were arrested.
They were arraigned at the Mobile Court sitting in Ebute Meta area of Lagos at the weekend and sent to jail.

The workers ended in jail as they could not perfect their bail conditions.
The RCCG was said to have on several occasions broken government’s seal after orders were given to stop work.
The church is a massive three-storey structure, being developed on Old Ojo Road in Ajegunle.
About four other buildings on Old Ojo Road were sealed also for the same offence and labourers found on the sites were arrested.
An shopping centre in Ajeromi was also sealed.
The developer handling the shopping centre was said to be already erecting a third floor illegally without approval when LASBCA officials visited the site.
The structure was said to have been sealed on different occasions to no avail too.
De-Golden Guest Hotel on Opebi area of Ikeja was also sealed.
The developer was said to have converted a residential apartment to a hotel without getting government’s approval for the conversion.
