According to the Commissioner for Information and Orientation in the state, Jonathan Obuebite, Governor Seriake Dickson approved the payment of the fees.
The money is in the sum of N250 million.
The commissioner explained that the delay in the payment resulted from the poor economic state of the country.
It however thanked the school authority for its kind consideration.
