Female Airforce Officer ‘Commits’ Suicide In Lagos

A female Master Warrant Officer (MWO) attached to the Logistics Command, Nigerian Air Force (NAF), Lagos has allegedly committed suicide in the barrack.

The personnel identified as George, was said to have been found dead inside her block T5, Flat 8  Sam Ethnam Base, Ikeja, apartment and later evacuated by medical personnel from the NAF hospital.

Spokesman for the NAF, Commodore Ayodele Famuyiwa confirmed the incident to The Nation, adding that a committee had been set up to investigate.
