With the recent outing of Rotech Energy Services Ltd in Dubai, UAE, and Lagos where Anambra people had a day to showcase the Nkwelle Luxury Estate, Phase 1, a lot of Ndi Anambra have commended Mr. Austin Oguejiofor, the group’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), for a job well done.
According to a statement issued by the group’s spokesperson, Dr. Kenneth Anozie, made available to The NEXT EDITION in Lagos, different stakeholders and businessmen from Anambra State have commended the current road show of Rotech Energy Services Ltd.
He maintained that Dr. Chukwuemeka Ezeife, the progenitor of ‘Think Home’ philosophy, who had already bought into the estate, commended efforts of Mr. Oguejiofor and his company for taking back their investment to Anambra State.
“This is certainly a step in the right direction, and I cannot commend Onwa less for this very crucial step to Think Home,” Ezeife was quoted as saying.
Anozie also disclosed that several Anambra indigenes in Dubai had confirmed that they were quite enthusiastic about the interactions they had with the group’s management when they were in that city to showcase the estate.

“Many of Ndi Anambra state living here in Dubai are already making plans to buy into the estate and have a befitting place they will call home in the event that they decide to go back to Nigeria and settle in Nigeria, or just to have a form of investment at home,” one of the indigenes of Anambra living in Dubai stated.
He added: “From reports of the outing in Lagos, a lot of Anambrarians residing in Lagos are already buying into it. They were quite enthusiastic and happy that such a project is currently ongoing in Anambra State.
“We will keep buying into the Luxury Estate and ensure that such a lofty investment in the heart of Anambra is encouraged to succeed,” president of one of the markets in Lagos concluded.
It would be recalled that the Anambra State government and Rotech Energy Services Ltd signed an Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in July to develop a Luxury Estate at Nkwelle Ezunaka, for Anambra people to take advantage, as the GRA in Onitsha had filled up
