South Africans have lambasted Imo State Governor, Rochas Okorocha, for honouring their president, Jacob Zuma, during his working visit to Nigeria.
During the visit, the governor named a road after Zuma, erected his statue and awarded him a title.
The honour, however, did not go down well with South African as they, in social media, said their president did not deserve the honour.
Also, they said it was a ploy by Nigerians to have free pass to import drugs and illegally stay in South Africa.
The condemnation by South Africans is coming on the heels of a similar attack by Nigerians who found the honour done to Zuma as quite embarrassing.
