Hours after Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti State was attacked by policemen, police have continued to restrict movements of persons and vehicles around Government State House.
The Government House is located at Oke Bareke area of Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State.
Also, almost 24 hours after President Muhammadu Buhari left Ekiti State, men of the Nigeria Police Force and Department of State Service, DSS, still man the state government owned pavilion at Fajuyi area of Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State.
Sources said that no vehicle, except government-owned, ones were allowed to enter into Government House as at the time of filing this report.
At the pavilion, security men, most of whom are wearing masks are mounting guard.
They were reported to have dispersed some people who gathered at the place to hold a meeting with Fayose.
They, however, did not attack anyone.

It would be recalled that Fayose, as a result of an encounter with policemen on Wednesday, fainted and had to be taken to Government House Clinic where he was treated.
He later appeared in public saying that the Inspector General of Police should be held responsible if anything untoward happened to him.
