‘OBO’ crooner, Davido, says he will not continue with his on-going tour of the United States, to enable him serve his fatherland through the National Youths Service Corps scheme.
The 25-year-old hit maker, took to his Instagram page on Thursday to announce the cancellation of the remaining tour date, issued apology to fans and offered a refund to those who bought tickets.
According to his post, the cancellation was as a result of “scheduling conflict with NYSC.”
The tour which kicked off on September 1, 2018, saw him touring three out of the seven states originally scheduled.
The social media had been abuzz recently when the ‘OBO’ crooner shared photos of himself in NYSC uniform after his registration at the Lagos NYSC camp in August.

Davido told newsmen at the NYSC camp that he registered for the scheme due to his strong passion for NYSC and also promised to adhere to camp rules and regulations.
He, however, travelled out of the country for his U.S tour contrary to the NYSC policy, thereby incurring some negative reactions from some his fans on social media.
