The Federal Government has updated the figure of the students of the Government Girls Science and Technical College, Dapchi, freed on Wednesday from 76 to 101.
The update followed the documentation of more of the freed girls.
The girls were abducted by the Boko Haram on February 19 in their school.
The Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, who gave the update in a statement issued in Abuja, stated that the number of the girls could increase.

It was gathered that the girls were dropped in different areas by the terrorists and many of them ran to their different homes.
The number was said to have increased as a result of the call on them to come out for documentation.
In an earlier statement, the minister said 76 of the girls were confirmed released.
He however gave indication that more could still be confirmed.
