Justice Ijeoma Ojukwu of the Federal High Court, Abuja, has given the Department of State Services, DSS, 24 hours within which to release the Convener of the #RevolutionNow Protest and Sahara Reporters publishers, Omoyele Sowore.
She also awarded a cost of N100, 000 against the agency for its delay to serve the defence counsel with the additional proof of evidence in the ongoing trial of Omoyele Sowore and Olawale Bakare.

Justice Ojukwu, who gave the order on Thursday said the fine must be paid to the defendants before the next adjourned date.
The visibly angry judge the DSS’ attitude had caused the court to adjourn the trial when hearing could have commenced.
Trial continues in the seven-count treasonable felony charge against the defendants until Dec. 6.
