BREAKING: Escaped Oyo Serial Killer Re-arrested

The Oyo Police Command has re-arrested the escaped suspected serial killer in Akinyele, Sunday Shodipo.

Shodipe, 19, escaped from police custody about one week ago.

Police Public Relations Officer in the state Olugbenga Fadeyi, confirmed the development on Sunday

He said the suspect has been kept in safer custody adding that details of his re-arrest will be made available shortly.

Recall that the Inspector General of Police, Muhammned Adamu had sent a crack team of detectives to support the efforts of the officers of the command after Shodipe escaped from custody.

The Police Commissioner in the state, Chuks Enwonwu, had also placed a N500,000 bounty on the suspect.
