The Senate President, Bukola Saraki, has no case to answer over the alleged false assets declaration charges against him by the Federal Government.
This is the ruling of the Supreme Court on Friday.
It would be recalled that the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) had earlier struck out the case.
It was however challenged by the Federal Government at the Appeal Court.
In its verdict on December last year, the Court of Appeal restored three out of the 18 count charges against him.
It therefore directed that Saraki still had a case to answer at the CCT.
It was as a result of the ruling of the Appeal Court that Saraki went to the Supreme Court.
In his ruling, Justice Centus Nweze ruled that Saraki had no case to answer.
