Less than two weeks after a man alighted from a car-hailing service and jumped into the Lagos Lagoon, another young man has jumped into Lagos Lagoon in similar fashion.
The man whose identity has not been made publicly was said to have alighted from an Uber car around midnight Wednesday and jumped into the Lagoon.
