Benue State government has inaugurated a committee that will sensitize and educate the Ado people living within the communities around the disputed boundaries of Benue and Ebonyi states ahead of its dermacation exercise.
The Deputy Governor, Benson Abounu, who inaugurated the committed said it is aimed at ensuring peace and security between Ado LGA in Benue and Ohakulu LGA in Eboyi state who have been in harms way for years as a result of boundry issues.

Speaking to newsmen, a member of the committee, Oche Ochokpa, stated that the boundary dispute between the communities has claimed several lives.
