Two property said to belong to former Minister of Petroleum, Diezani Alison-Madueke, has been declared temporarily forfeited.
The Lagos Division of the Federal High Court headed by Justice Mojisola Olatoregun, made the declaration on Tuesday following the request to that effect by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.
The property situated at Ikoyi are valued at $4.7 million.

They are Penthouse 21 building 5, Block C, 11th floor (Bella Vista Estate) Banana Island, Ikoyi, and Penthouse 22, Block B (Admiralty Estate) Ikoyi, Lagos.
The property are temporarily forfeited to the federal government pending the completion of the investigation being carried out by the EFCC on their ownership.
