Arsenal midfielder, Alex Iwobi is now rated the Most Valuable Nigerian Footballer according to the CIES football observatory for November.
According to the latest ranking, Iwobi, who signed a contract extension at the Emirates stadium is the only Nigerian player in Europe worth over €50 million overtaking Ndidi who is now valued at €49.8 million.
Prior to this latest ranking, Ndidi was worth €79.2 in February 2018, making him the most expensive African U21 player.

However, his value reduced by €18.5m after the end of the FIFA World Cup in Russia.
Chelsea winger, Victor Moses at €37.4m is the third most valuable Nigerian player followed by Kelechi Iheanacho at €17.5m and Samuel Kalu of Bordeaux at €8.3m.
Udinese’s William Troost-Ekong is the most expensive Nigerian defender at the value of €6.1 while Villarreal’s Samuel Chukwueze is the most valuable Nigerian teenager at €3.6m.
