For the last few years, Khloé Kardashian has been on a mission to transform her body, and there’s no question the girl’s body is bangin’. While both Kim and KrishandledPhotoshop criticism this week, Khloé was busy posting pictures of her new Good American bodysuit line, and lucky for us, content on her website detailing how she stays so thin.

Beyond ditching dairy and making healthy fast food swaps when she is inevitably on-the-go, Khloé has added these foods to her diet to help maintain her flat tummy (we knew it wasn’t the detox tea).

“There’s nothing more frustrating than having all your fitness and diet efforts sabotaged by BLOAT,” Khloé wrote on her website. “Those baby abs will never see the light of day if they’re hidden behind water retention, honey!”

So here you have it, Khloé’s flat-tummy foods.

Avocado

Guac. All. Day. As Khloé explains, avos are “loaded with potassium, which is a key player in ridding your body of excess sodium and, therefore, dreaded water weight.”

They’re also “high in soluble fiber and healthy fats, which help us feel fuller on smaller portions.”

Instead of salty chips, which Khlo avoids, try dipping carrots or celery in guac, or adding avocado to a sandwich or salad.

Ginger

It’s good for soothing stomach aches and debloating, Khloé says.

“Ginger is also known for being a powerful antibacterial and anti-inflammatory food-in other words, all-around goodness for your gut,” she wrote.

It’s a bit of an acquired taste, but adding some to tea or making a salad dressing with it is an easy start.

Watermelon

Good news, summer’s staple fruit is the perfect poolside snack. It’s high in water content, which helps “flush out excess water,” Khloé says.

Munch on it whole, or try one of these 32 easy recipes that use the fruit.

Tomatoes

“Tomatoes are packed with the antioxidant lycopene, which is known to have extremely effective anti-inflammatory and de-bloating effects,” Khloé explained.

She eats it in this Kourtney-approved salad, but you can add it to pretty much any meal-salads, soups, grain bowls, sandwiches, eggs, etc. Tomato bun sliders, anyone?

I love this salad that @kourtneykardash makes!! https://t.co/NE3t1IpNKS

Oats

While her sister Kourtney is a die-hard gluten-free advocate, Khloé still eats her grains from time to time.

“Oats balance the bacteria in your gut,” she wrote. “This is known as a prebiotic effect, which improves your digestive system and works wonders to reduce bloat.”

Try these cinnamon roll or pumpkin cheesecake overnight oats for a flat-tummy breakfast that basically tastes like dessert.
