‘Acting National Chairman’ of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Victor Giadom, has declared that the party primaries in Edo state is illegal.
Giadom made this known in a letter to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

In the letter, Giadom asked the electoral umpire not to recognise the ongoing APC Governorship primary in Edo State.
He explained that his leadership didn’t authorise the conduct of the exercise and it was, as such, illegal. (TheWill)
