The Minister of Niger Delta Affair, Sen. Godswill Akpabio and Minister of State in the Ministry, Sen. Tayo Alasoadura, have commiserated with President Muhammadu Buhari on the death of his Chief of Staff, late Abba Kyari.

A message personally signed by the Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, on behalf of the Ministry, prayed for the repose of the soul of the deceased.

The message read in part: “On behalf of myself, the Minister of State, the Permanent Secretary, Mr. Olusade Adesola, the entire staff of the Ministry of Niger Delta Affairs and the good people of the region, I commiserate with our amiable President, Muhammadu Buhari GCFR, his family and the entire Abba Kyari family on the unfortunate demise of the erstwhile Chief of Staff to the President, Barrister Abba Kyari.

“We pray God to grant his soul peaceful repose, comfort Mr. President, the Abba Kyari family and associates in these difficult times.”
