The police in Niger has arrested a man for forcing himself into the apartment of a 60-year-old woman and raping her while she was asleep.
Sani Garba, 32, reportedly committed the offence in Kuspa area of Suleja Local Government Area of the state, according to the police.

Garba, who lives in the same community as his victim, was picked up after the woman reported the assault to the police.
Also, one John Adamu, 23, was equally arrested for raping a seven-year-old girl in Ungwan Nasarawa area of Kontagora Local Government Area of the state.
Niger Police spokesman, Abiodun Wasiu, who made these known, said the suspects would soon be arraigned in court.
