Former Senate President and presidential aspirant under the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Senator David Mark, has promised to fix Nigeria’s problem within two years if elected next president of Nigeria.
Mark gave this assurance on Sunday at the PDP state secretariat in Makurdi when he met with the leadership of the party.
Mark who described his visit as “homecoming” said he had come to hand himself over to his people to join his vision of putting Nigeria in its right place.
He said curbing insecurity was tantamount to enhancing development in all sectors of the nation’s economy.
David Mark assured that if given Buhari’s job come 2019, he would work for the unity and peace of Nigeria.
He said one of his decisions was to revamp Nigeria’s economy as well as provide job opportunity to the teaming youths of the country.
Mark stated further that as an innovator he would not be afraid of trying new things that would benefit the state and Nigeria at large.
He described the PDP as a beautiful bride which is the reason why there were many aspirants.

He said that power comes from God and only Him could enthrone and dethrone kings.
He assured that whoever emerges as the presidential candidate of the PDP will be well supported.
A former minister, Abba Moro, who praised Mark described him as a man of many parts who had fought for the peace and unity of Nigeria.
Moro said as the longest serving senator, David Mark had all it took to put Nigeria in proper position and rebuild the country
Presenting the presidential aspirant to the leadership of the party, the state chairman of the PDP, John Ngbede, commended the Mark for the bold step he had taken by joining the presidential race.
He said the gesture had not only made the people of zone C proud but the entire Benue State.
Ngbede called on national delegates to go all out and canvas votes for Mark and prayed God to give him success.
