The Coordinator of Citizens Rights Advocates and former President of Aka Ikenga, an Igbo socio-cultural organisation, Mr. Goddy Uwazurike, has said those orchestrating the recent problems facing the Chairman of Air Peace, Mr. Allen Onyema should leave alone.

Uwazurike, who is also a legal practitioner in a statement made available to The Next Edition attributed Onyema’s travails to the antics of “The world Police man” whom he did not identify by name.

He however noted that the world Police man was noted for trying to squash companies or individuals that threaten its business monopoly even as he insisted that Air Peace must be allowed to thrive in Peace.

The statement titled: “AIR PEACE MUST THRIVE IN PEACE” read in full:

“The rise of Air Peace coy took everyone by surprise. The attitude was that the company belonged to Mrs. Patience Jonathan, also known as Mama Peace. The subsequent investigation into the affairs of the company was thorough.

“Now fast forward to 2019 when the company decided to establish itself as an international airline. While the government was dillydallying, Air Peace decided to fly back Nigerians who were in danger of being massacred in South Africa. The rescue exercise cost the company millions of dollars. The government of Nigeria was lukewarm in congratulating Air Peace.

“Air Peace requested for commercial flight business in South Africa. The world Police man took notice of the new threat of an African company in international aviation. Air Peace then upset the world Police man by ordering for new aircraft from Bombardier manufacturers. The world Police man quickly took steps to do what it knows best. … squash Air peace.

“The fierceness of the world Police man has been felt in European owned Airbus manufacturers. Boeing manufacturers must be protected at all costs by the world Police man.

“Even Canada is embroiled in the Steel fight.

China is fighting on all fronts but the most prominent remains Huawei! This tech giant has been stifled by the world Police man, to no avail. The Japanese car manufacturers only breathed easily when they began manufacturing in US.

“Air Peace has placed a lot of orders from Boeing but a single order from a rival company is an anathema!

“Air Peace must not succumb to the evil machinations of the enemy. In a synchronised fashion, the talk is how to get the Nigerian authority to go after Air peace ! The carpet baggers are even scheming how the Nigerian government will take over Air Peace.

“It does not matter to the evil people that what was widely published is an indictment which is a preliminary procedure between the prosecutor and jury. The defence was not involved. The evil people are not bordered that the whole issue is why tax was not paid the way the IRS of US wants it.

“The actions of the evil people must be condemned. Air Peace must thrive 100%.
Leave Airpeace in peace.

Leave Allen Onyema alone.

Go and set up your own airline!
Stop manipulating the US legal system!
Donald Trump is still the US president, not withstanding the tax issues bedevilling him.

Leave Airpeace alone!”
