JUST IN: INEC Fixes Rivers Rerun for April 13

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has scheduled the rerun in Rivers state for April 13.

Recall that the governorship and house of assembly elections in state were suspended following the wide spread violence that broke out during the March 9, elections in the state.
