The Benue State Police Commissioner, Omololu Bishi has appointed a new Public Relations Officer, PRO, for the Command.
She is DSP Anene Sewuese Catherine.
The Police Commissioner announced this in a press statement signed by ASP Damter Panlu, a 2i/c Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, at the command.
The statement said she takes over from the former, DSP Moses Joel Yamu who is redeployed to Akwa Ibom State Command.
Until her appointment, DSP Anene Sewuese Catherine was the Divisional Crime Officer, DCO, ‘D’ Division Police Station in Makurdi.

According to the statement also, the posting is with immediate effect.
The Commissioner of Police has therefore appealed to members of the Press and the general Public to give her all necessary support and cooperation.
