Popular Nigeria media personality and host of Big Brother Naija reality show, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, has revealed the year that “destroyed” his mental health the most.
He said 2012 was a difficult year for him, emphasizing that he cried more in that year than his entire life combined.
The TV host made the revelation in a recent tweet in response to a trending tweet asking people what year destroyed their mental health most.
The tweet read, “Which year destroyed your mental health most?” To which Ebuka replied, “2012. Cried more in that year than my entire conscious life combined.”
