Kidnap kingpin, Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike, popularly referred to as Evans, has pleaded not guilty to the charges of conspiracy and kidnapping filed against him.
It would be recalled that Evans pleaded guilty to the same charges when he was arraigned in August for charges of alleged conspiracy and kidnapping.
Appearing before Justice Hakeem Oshodi of the Lagos High Court, Ikeja, for allegedly kidnapping of one Dunu Donatus, Evans was arraigned alongside five other suspected members of his gang.
