Residents of Abuja on Monday trooped out to the banks as the Capital Territory partially relaxed the lockdown imposed on the area on March 30.

Recall that President Muhammadu Buhari had on March 29, announced a complete lockdown on Lagos, Ogun and the FCT effective March 30, as part of efforts to curtail the spread of the Coronavirus in the country.
