The Lagos State Police Command has warned owners of abandoned vehicles which litter various stations and commands to remove them or risk losing them through forfeiture and seizure.
According to the police authorities in the state, such vehicles, which some residents had abandoned, must be removed from the stations, as such would be forfeited through auction after 21 days.
Such vehicles includes, but not limited to a Volkswagen LT bus with Reg. No GGE 936 XQ; Nissan car with registration number AE 751 MUS; Volkswagen bus with Registration No. APP 31 XH.; Volkswagen bus with Registration Number SMK 626 XC; Peugeot 406 with Registration Number BC885 AKD; KIA car with Registration No. EW 372 LS, and Volkwagen Golf car with registration number AS 437 UGH.
These vehicles, according to the police, were abandoned at the Orile Igamu Division.

Others included a Hyundai bus with registration number TT 99 XA; Volkswagen bus unregistered; Toyota Corolla car with registration number GGE 332 BR; Hyundai Grandeur with registration number 232 AS; Mitsubishi L 300 BUS with registration number FKJ 897 XD; Volkswagen Audi car with registration number AE 526 TTN; MAN diesel truck with registration number APP 544 XP.
Also included were Peugeot 406 car with registration number BK 559 EPE; an unregistered Suzuki Jeep, unregistered Ford bus and a Mercedes Benz 190 car with registration number KP 459 KJA, abandoned at the Statellite Town Division.
Also to be forfeited at the expiry date included a Mitsubishi Montero Jeep with registration number EPE65AQ abandoned at the Alade Division.
