Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue State, has condemned the abduction of the founder and Managing Director, Tito group of companies, Chief Isaac Akinkunmi in Makurdi by yet-to-be-identified gunmen.
The Governor, in a press statement signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Terver Akase, described the incident as unfortunate and unacceptable.

He described Chief Akinkunmi as a peace-loving man who has contributed immensely to the economy of Benue state, particularly in Makurdi where his companies employ many youths.
Ortom urged the kidnappers to free Akinkunmi to return to his family unhurt and without conditions.
