Handing over the keys to the elated widows, Mrs. Obiano said that building of houses for indigent women, especially widows was one of the major projects being executed by her Caring Family Enhancement Initiative (CAFE), a Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) to ameliorate the plight of women.

The NGO, she said, had been caring for the less privileged members of society and reduction in women-children vulnerability, while maintaining the dignity of the physically challenged persons in the state.
