Following the recent approval of a new pump price of petrol by the Federal Government, the Natural Oil and Gas Suppliers Association of Nigeria (NOGASA) has commended President Muhammadu Buhari for such a wonderful gesture.

Beneth Okorie, NOGASA National President, of association, said the reduction of the pump price of petrol from N145 to N125 per litre was a welcome development, which deserved commendation, hence it was received with jubilation across the nation.

Okorie directed members of the association to embark on uninterrupted supply of petroleum product.

He made it clear that NOGASA was fully convinced that the petrol price reduction would address the challenge and confusion in the nation downstream petroleum sub-sector.

The NOGASA boss assured Nigerians that the association would continue to complement the efforts of Federal Government and security agencies in eradicating pipeline vandalisation and adulteration of petroleum product to end users.
