The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), on Friday confirmed 160 additional cases of Coronavirus infections in Nigeria.
It also confirmed one death.

In an update posted on its verified Twitter handle, the disease control agency, put the total number of infections across the country as of Friday at 53, 477, total fatalities, 1, 011 and total number of Discharges, 41, 017.
It further stated that the 160 new cases were reported from 14 states and Abuja, with Plateau having the highest number of new infections.
Details are as follows – Plateau (44), Lagos (27), Katsina (18), Edo (15), FCT (14), Ondo (10), Oyo (9), Kwara (6), Abia (4), Nasarawa (4), Kano (3), Ekiti (2), Kaduna (2), Kebbi (1), Ogun (1).
