Nigeria on Tuesday recorded 90 new cases of Coronavirus bringing the overall total to 56,478.
According to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) which announced the new infections via Twitter on Tuesday night, three deaths were recorded on the day in question raising the number of deaths from the disease to 1,088.
On the other hand, the health agency said 44,430 cases have been discharged have been discharged.

According to the NCDC, the 90 new cases were reported from seven states and Abuja states, as follows; Lagos (33), Plateau (27), Kaduna (17), Ogun (6), FCT (4), Anambra (1), Ekiti (1), and Nasarawa (1).
