One hundred and ninety six new cases of Coronavirus disease have been reported in Nigeria.
The cases were reported in 11 states and Abuja.
Lagos, the epicentre of disease in Nigeria recorded the highest number of cases with 87 followed by Kano with 24.
Meanwhile, the number of deaths rose to 51.

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) announced the new cases via a tweet which read: “196 new cases of #COVID19 reported;
