The Chairman of the Lagos State chapter of the PDP, Moshood Salvador, was discharged earlier as it was said that there was no case against him.

In his verdict, the chief magistrate said based on the advice of the Directorate of Public Prosecution, the persons discharged were exonerated.

He ordered that they be released from Ikoyi prison.

Fasasi who was not discharged, was however granted bail in the sum of N400,000.

Aborishade was allegedly shot during a fight between the loyalists of  Salvador and Kehinde Fasasi during a meeting.
