Lagos APC Presidential Campaign: No Road Closures - Lawanson

The Commissioner for Transportation, Lagos State, has said there will be no road closures on Saturday, February 9, for the visit of President Muhammadu Buhari.

Buhari, who is the Presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress, APC, is scheduled to hold his campaign rally at the Teslim Elias Stadium, Surulere, on Saturday.

Recall that Lagos State had earlier announced the closure of 18 roads due to the President’s visit.

Speaking on Friday, Lawanson said there would be no road closures, but stated that the FRSC, LASMA and the Police would be on hand to direct and manage traffic.

He said Lagosians should feel free to go about their normal business.
