President Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday spoke on the killing of Kolade Johnson by some operatives of SARS assuring that the killers would not go unpunished.
Buhari’s position was made known in a short statement issued by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Mr Femi Adesina.
“Government will not tolerate in any way the brutalisation of Nigerians or the violation of their rights. Any officer of the law enforcement agencies or any other government functionary caught in this act will certainly be visited with the full weight of the law,” said the statement.

Recall that Kolade Johnson was hit and killed on Sunday at Mangoro area of Lagos, by a stray bullet from some police men who were trying to effect an arrest.
Meanwhile, Police authorities have arrested the two officers who allegedly killed Johnson.
