An Irate mob on Wednesday morning attacked Television Continental (TVC), a popular TV station in Lagos.
The Television station is located at the Ikosi-Ketu area of Lagos State.
The Next Edition learnt that mob attacked the station while ‘Your View’ a popular talk-show was being aired.
Meanwhile, former governor of Lagos State, Bola Tinubu has denied being part of the decision to shoot innocent protesters at the Lekki Toll Gate on Tuesday night.
In an audio conversation which has gone viral, Tinubu stated: “I not the commander-in-chief. You don’t even think about tomorrow, today. You don’t even think about the lies they feed you.
They feed you lies on your social media.
He asked the callers why they thought he had a hand in what transpired and one them responsed: “Because you are the one with the thugs. Because they locked down Toll Gate and you are not making the money you used to make.”
One the callers went on to ask the National Leader of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) if he had not made enough money in his life and Tinubu responded: “Who told you I’m the owner of Toll Gate?”
