The governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Lagos State, in the just concluded elections, Mr Jimi Agbaje, has dismissed reports that he had dumped the party, describing it as another chunk of propaganda and disinformation from his foes.
He insisted on Wednesday that he was still a card carrying member of the PDP and had not resigned his membership.
Agbaje in a statement issued by his spokesperson, Modupe Ogunbayo in Lagos said he remained committed to the PDP, which he insisted is the best party to address the challenges of the country and meet the yearnings of Nigerians.
