The nominations for the 61st Annual Grammy Awards ceremony to be held on February 10, 2019, at the Staples Center in Los Angeles is out.
Leading the nominations is Rapper Kendrick Lamar for the work he did on the Black Panther soundtrack.
This year, five of the eight nominations for the coveted category ‘Album of the Year’ went to women. Cardi B, Janelle Monae, H.E.R; Brandi Carlile and Kacey Musgrave all got nods in this category.
