The former Commissioner of Police in Lagos State, Mr. Abubakar Tsav is dead.
Tsav died on Monday, at the Federal Medical Centre, FMC, Makurdi, after an undisclosed protracted illness.
He died at the age of 82.
Tsav, an ardent supporter the President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration, was a one time Commissioner, Public Complaint Commission, (PCC) in Benue state.

As at the time of writing the report, his remains had been taken to the Central Mosque in Wadata area, Makurdi for prayers for the repose of his soul.
His third son, Sani Tsav who spoke to journalists at the Central Mosque, said “he has been ill for some time and this morning, he gave up the ghost.
“He died at about two hours ago and his burial is any moment from now. So we brought him to the Mosque for prayers and from here we will take him for burial at the Makurdi cemetery or wherever he passes away because those were his wishes.”
