Phyna made a controversial statement regarding abortion, claiming that no woman can deny the fact that she hasn’t aborted before.

The Nation reported that the reality TV star, during an interview with media personality, Chude Jideonwo, argued that most women have had an abortion at least once or twice.

Phyna, who disclosed during her stay in the Big Brother House that she has had an abortion in the past, said some people tried to use her revelation to troll her after the show, but she refused to be bullied.

Reacting to this, DJ Switch, in a post via X, described Phyna’s statement as a misguided generalisation.

The female DJ noted that she has no reservations about abortion but would not impose her views on other people regarding what they do with their bodies.

She wrote: “Phyna saying there is no woman who hasn’t had an abortion once or twice is such a misguided generalisation… I have NEVER done abortion, and there are a million and more women who haven’t.

“PS: nothing in my opinion is wrong with abortion… I don’t support it personally but I cannot impose my views on another person and what they do with their body… very important to use the words, “some”… “a few” or “most” and not ALL as we don’t know all.” (The Nation)
