President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the re-appointment of Dr. Boboye Olayemi Oyeyemi, as the head of the Federal Road Safety Corps.
He will spend another five years in the position.
His re-appointment is contained in a statement issued on Tuesday by the Permanent Secretary (General Services Office) Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Olusegun Adekunle.
His new term begins from July 24.
Oyeyemi was born on November 26, 1960 and is from Kwara State.
He studied Electrical Engineering at the Polytechnic, Ibadan and bagged a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Lagos.
Adekunle also announced the re-appointment of Dr Jafaru Alunua Momoh as the Chief Medical Director of National Hospital, Abuja.
His re-appointment takes effect from July 5.

Medical Director, National Orthopedic Hospital, Enugu State, Dr. Nwadinigwe Uwatoronye, was also re-appointed with effect from May 30; Prof. Eli Jidere Bala was also re-appointed as Director General of Energy Commission of Nigeria, for a final term of five years with effect from May 6, 2018 and Dr Mohammed Jibrin re-appointed as Director General of the National Board for Technology Incubation (NBTI).
Jibrin’s re-appointment takes effect from April 9, 2018.
Prof. Mohammed Haruna was also re-appointed as Executive Chairman of the National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI) and it takes effect from April 3, 2018.
Meanwhile, the president has approved the appointment of new heads for two federal agencies.
The new appointments are those of Dr. Ali Adamu and Dr. Yaya Baba Adamu.
While Dr. Ali Adamu becomes the Provost, Federal College of Education (Technical) in Gombe State for a period of four years with effect from May 25, 2018, Dr. Yaya Baba Adamu was appointed the Medical Director, Federal Medical Centre in Keffi, Nasarrawa State for a period of four years with effect from April 1, 2018.
Ambassador Yahaya Lawal was appointed as Senior Special Assistant to the President on Foreign Affairs and International Relations with effect from April 1, 2018.
President Buhari called on the appointees to justify the trust reposed in them.
