The presidential candidate of All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, General John Gbor (rtd), has promised to engage in physical restructuring of the country if voted into power.

In his words, “I would embark on physical restructuring in a way that we would look at what the federating units can bring to the table and not what they would get.”

Gbor described some of the agitators of restructuring as those whose interest is in what they can gain from the system instead of what they can contribute.

On the farmers’ /herders clash, he also promised to engage emirs, traditional rulers and business men and women in the north to construct ranches.

In his words, “The way Nigerians are killed all over the country is unacceptable and we do everything possible to stop the killing.”

The Benue born politician described APGA as the alternative party to APC and PDP which have failed Nigerians.

He denied the claim by some people that APGA is a regional party which has its strong hold only in the south-east of the country and may not be able to defeat strong parties like PDP or PDP.

“APGA is a national party that has its spread across the different geo-political zones of the country.”
